The unwinding process we started in your downswing will continue for a little bit and also will end in this position. You are wanting to end your follow through with your whole body facing towards your target. The transferring on the weight officially ends on that lead foot and should be standing tall and looking at your shot hopefully go in the hole.

Mistakes in the Follow Through
1. Allow your hands to release naturally through impact and follow throrough. Players tend to turn their arms and hands clockwise and counter clockwise through impact. This will cause the ball to go into a totally different direction.
2. Keep the club going in a cirvular motion don't drag it dangly inside and outside this create bad balance and bad shot direction.
3. Your entire body should be straghit and upright facing the target. You should be able to draw a straight line from your shoulder down to your toes. While doing this your back leg should be bent and have little weight on it.
Review of the Follow Through
The follow through is always overlooked and can be told it is not important, when it really is. Being balanced can allow you to be a much better golfer, players need to look at the many details that go into the swing to realize what they're really doing wrong. It could be something as simple as a poor follow through.
- Finish unwinding your body
- Lead arm and club should be straight a foot after impact
- Transfer almost all your weight to that lead foot
- As your body moves your arms must follow and be fully extend until the end of the follow through
- The front side of your body should be straight, upright and facing your target
- If your shot is so good add a club twirl at the end and proceed to walk towards your ball in celebration
