In this golf swing there are a couple of issues but there are also a lot of good techniques.
The Set-up and grip:
- The spine angle created is very good
- The arms are hanging down naturally and the hands are slightly forward ahead of the club
- The feet need to be a little closer together to help get even more rotation
- Head placement is perfect
- Shoulder tilt is also very good
- The grips being used is the baseball grip and it is netutral the whole swing
- A great start to the circular motion of the swing
- The arms can be little straighter
- There is a very good hinge in the wrist
- The head is slightly moving a little to much
- Great shoulder, hip, knee and torso rotation
- The spine angle needs to stay in place the whole backswing
- A big change is the butt position, the butt is to far and it needs to come in a just a bit more
- Great unwinding of the body
- The hips and core are moving just before the shoulders
- The arms are trailing the shoulder at a great speed
- The arms are head of the club at impact
- Weight transfer is very good through the downswing
- The spine needs to stay intact the entire downswing, it is coming just out of place to early
- The swing tempo should be a little quicker (it isn’t normal because there is no ball being hit)
- The follow through is perfect
- The entire front part of the body is facing the target
- The lead foot carries most the weight
- The arms go through impact naturally
- This is a great way to complete the circular motion
The main thing that need to be worked in this swing are:
- Butt position in impact and downswing
- Spine angle position in downswing
- Head movement through the whole swing
- Feet need to come closer together

This swing could use a little more work to make it much better, but there are some good areas in the swing.

The main thing that needs to be improved on are:
This swing could use a little more work to make it much better, but there are some good areas in the swing.
Set-up and grip:
- The grip being used is the baseball grip and it is also neutral the whole swing
- The set-up is very good
- Knees are bent but the bum should come in little bit
- Arms are hanging down naturally
- Great spine angle and shoulder tilt
- The hands just need to move forward ahead of the club just a little bit
- The stance is very good and shoulder width apart
- The rotation of the hips, shoulder and torso is very good and weight is being transferred toward the back foot
- There is a little bit to much sway towards the back foot
- This is causing for the head to move to much
- The biggest issue in this swing is the lead arm bending too much in the golf swing. The hands and arms need to come up little and the arm needs to become straighter
- The wrist hinge is really good but the face of the club is closed a little to much which can cause a hooked shot
- The spine angle stays intact throughout the whole backswing
- The downswing is also pretty good
- The head is moving to much while the weight is transferring to the lead foot
- The lead arms do come back into place throughout the downswing
- The wrist stays hinged but it does release a bit too early. The hands aren’t leading the club, the club and wrist make one straight line at impact
- The unwinding of the body is very good, hips are rotating before the shoulders and all the weight moves toward the lead foot
- The spine angle does stay intact the whole swing
- The last thing that can be fixed is the club coming from the outside-in when impacting the ball. It needs to attack the ball squarely coming inside-square-inside
- The swing tempo needs to be a little faster on the down swing
- This is the best part of the whole swing
- The front of the body is facing the target and is upright
- All her weight is mainly on that lead foot
- The arms extend in front of the body and end behind the head
The main thing that needs to be improved on are:
- The lead arms needs to become straighter
- Head movement through the whole swing
- Hipsway into the back and through the downswing
